We want you to love your cap. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
Returns
Unworn caps in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping).
Defects & wrong items
If your cap arrives defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed in most cases.
How to start a return
Email tsspro@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
